· CHP contracts with Swords to Plowshares to provide property management services for 100 units in the Presidio.

· CHP contracts with Haight Ashbury Free Clinics to provide property management services to 18 units on Treasure Island.

· CHP is awarded development rights for a site at 850 Broderick to develop Zygmunt Arendt House, which will become home to 47 seniors.

· CHP is awarded 42 additional units on Treasure Island as part of the City’s re-development plan for the Island.

· CHP is named recipient of the 2006 Union Bank of California Cornerstone Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing.
