Community Housing Partnership (CHP) creates, implements and demonstrates solutions to homelessness by working in partnership with people in San Francisco who would otherwise be without a home.

1991

· CHP obtains a Davis-Bacon volunteer waiver, allowing CHP tenants to work alongside and integrated with contractors on construction projects.

· San Cristina Residence acquired.

· Senator Hotel acquired.

· First contract with the Department of Human Services to provide support services to tenants in our housing.
