Community Housing Partnership (CHP) creates, implements and demonstrates solutions to homelessness by working in partnership with people in San Francisco who would otherwise be without a home.

1993

· A team of tenants and staff work together on rehabilitation of the Senator Hotel and San Cristina Residence.

· The initial rehabilitation of the Senator Hotel is complete, and the building is fully occupied by 70 individuals and 17 families.
