· Rehabilitation of the Iroquois Hotel is completed and the residence opens to 11 families and 63 individuals.

· CHP forms the Supportive Housing Employment Collaborative (SHEC) to help formerly homeless adults to build skills and return to work.

· CHP is hired by Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation to supervise a tenant work crew at the Cameo, which is CHP’s first contract to provide services for another agency.
