After providing on-site support services and property management for several years, Community Housing Partnership acquired the Cambridge in 2012 from Chinatown Community Development Center. With 60 studios, CHP is currently renovating the Cambridge to add private kitchens to each unit, upgrade the interior finishes, and to improve the services space.
