PARCEL G

CHP’s largest housing development will be built in Hayes Valley, on a site formerly occupied by the Central Freeway. Parcel G will become home to 120 formerly homeless individuals, and will include space for a social-venture business that provides employment training and jobs to building residents. We are partnering with Mercy Housing California to develop this project, and when complete, CHP will be the owner and operator of the building. Design work is underway, and the building should be complete in early 2011.
