Zygmunt Arendt House is CHP's first housing development to exclusively serve senior citizens. The 47 unit building is being designed to accommodate the needs of formerly homeless elders. Our development partner for this project is Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation. When complete, CHP will be the owner and operator of the property. Construction started in September 2008 and the building will open in early 2010.
